Founded by former TV Producer Andrea Lilly, we pride ourselves on offering a personal touch that sets us apart.
With over a decade of experience in Unscripted TV, Andrea has contributed to some of the biggest shows on TV, including Love Island, TOWIE, Celebs Go Dating, and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
Most recently, Andrea dedicated seven years to the Development team at one of the UK's leading production companies, Lime Pictures, where she managed casting for all development projects. Andrea brings with her an extensive network of industry contacts, ensuring that our clients receive the best TV and media opportunities.

After years of working with talent, Andrea realised that the personal touch was often missing in talent management, and that talent needed more TLC and personal representation. This realisation became the driving force behind her decision to create an agency where personal connection is a top priority. With Roar Talent, Andrea ensures that every client receives the dedicated and heartfelt support they deserve, making them feel truly valued.
